Congratulations to Mrs. Dana Bale! She was one of only five recipients in the Archdiocese of the Ulmer Teacher Innovation Award. This award is given to teachers who are innovative in their teaching techniques and ideas.
Mrs. Bale has been a third grade teacher at St. Martha since the 2014-15 school year. In that time, she has become a leader in the building. She goes above and beyond, giving freely of her time, talent and treasure in every possible capacity – as a teacher, colleague, and member of the community. She employs progressive teaching techniques, designs instruction that cognitively challenges students and develops critical thinking skills, seeks opportunities for professional growth, and collaborates with the entire community of St. Martha. Mrs. Bale’s dedication to growing in her knowledge of content, pedagogy and faith make her very deserving of this award.
Mrs. Bale – you ROCK!
