This is part of a blog series about why St. Martha rocks, leading up to Catholic Schools Week in late January.
At St. Martha, we are cheerful givers and are focused on faith formation.
Catholic schools instill in students the value of service to others all year-round.
We are humbled by how our students have given back to their communities this school year by collecting supplies and raising money for a variety of organizations and causes.
Throughout the year, our students provide countless service hours and regular collections for more than 30 organizations including Boys’ and Girls’ Club Humane Society, Kosair Children’s Hospital, Special Olympics & St. Vincent de Paul.
We provide a balanced academic curriculum that integrates faith, culture and stewardship. Daily prayer, weekly masses and regular service opportunities are hallmarks of our students’ experience, as is sacrament preparation in advance of First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation.
