Gary Webb is the middle school science teacher at St. Martha. Mr. Webb loves science and has developed his classes to be hands-on and engaging to help his students fall in love with science too. He works to develop critical thinkers and problem solvers. His monthly Science Treks are a lot of fun too! Mr. Webb has spent nearly five decades in education and is retired from both JCPS and the YMCA.

Highlight of the Year:
Dry ice experiments are my favorite! We begin each year conducting investigations with dry ice.
Passion:
Exploring science through experimentation is my passion and I enjoy sharing that passion with my students.
Philosophy:
My philosophy is simple, people learn by doing.

My favorite thing about teaching is seeing the excitement students have over science.

My favorite memories from my teaching career are finding out that past students have gotten a perfect scores on their ACT.

My hope for my students is that they are happy.
