Rebecca is excited to be a part of the St. Martha community!

“I loved being a part of a Catholic Community growing up! I think it is important for students to have that strong community to support their learning and growth.”

Q & A with Ms. Facktor

Highlight of the year:

It’s the year of COVID, so the highlight has been the day we found out that we got to go back to in-person instruction!

Passion:

My passion is for students to see the important roles that they can play in their community. Incorporating the things that they learn in all subjects and applying it to their life.

Favorite part of teaching:

My favorite part of teaching is when students get excited about what they are learning. I love when that excitement grows into more curiosity that then encourages students to take charge of their learning.

I love that St. Martha welcomed me with open arms. I love the support from the staff and the families!

My hope for my students:

My hope for my students is that they gain confidence in the special skills that they have.
